A wide range of interesting wines accompanies all the meals. Monday: Sens market visit and shopping. Lunch at a country inn. Participation class and chef's table dinner at Chateau du Fey Tuesday: Escorted wine tour and tasting in Chablis by wine consultant Brendan Moore. Market lunch at chateau. In the afternoon, esteemed chef/owner of the 2-starred La Madeleine in Sens will present recipes from his repertoire. Champagne reception. Dinner at the 2-star La Madeleine restaurant Wednesday: 9:30 am departure for Paris.

Evening aperitifs followed by dinner at the fabulous La Madeleine restaurant. Wednesday: Escorted wine tour and tasting in Chablis by wine consultant Brendan Moore. Lunch at winemaker's bistro in Chablis., La Table de William Fevre. Afternoon visit to the historic town of Auxerre. Chef's dinner at the Chateau du Fey Thursday: Master class with Anne Willan and lunch at chateau. In the afternoon, the chef from the starred Domaine de Roncernay will demonstrate some of his favorite dishes. Champagne tasting and reception. Dinner at the famed 3 star restaurant La Cote St. Jacques in Joigny. Friday 9:30 am departure for Paris.
