Q: How long is the Paris Pass valid for?
A: The Paris Pass comes in 2,4 or 6 consecutive days (Adult or Children).
Q: How do you define a child?
A: Children must be aged between 4 and 11 years. Kids under 4 years are free.
Q: Are most of the attractions open seven
days a week?
A: Please note that a lot of the museums and monuments in Paris are generally closed on
Mondays and Tuesdays
Q: What does the Paris Pass provide?
A: The Paris Pass includes a Paris Museum Pass valid for 2, 4 or 6
days, and gives free entry and no waiting access to 60 museums and monuments in
Paris and the surrounding region, as well as benefits and discounts on shopping
and eating. It also includes free public transport (Paris Metro Pass) within
Zones 1-3
Q: Can I jump in line with the Paris
Pass?
A: There is no need to stand in line with the Paris Pass, simply show
your pass and you will be allowed access to the attraction you are visiting
Q: When can I start using the Pass?
A: You can start using your Paris Pass whenever it suits you. It is
designed to be used on consecutive days and will be validated on the date you
visit your first attraction.
Q: What happens if my Pass is lost or
stolen?
A: If you lose your Pass, it cannot be replaced or refunded. If this
happens, we would advise that you claim on your travel insurance
Q: Is there a limit to how many
attractions I can visit in one day?
A: No. There is no limit at all. You can visit 4 or 25 attractions in 1 day if
you wish - it's all up to you!
Q: Can I visit the same attraction twice
in one day?
A: Unfortunately, no. You may visit each attraction only once per day. However,
if you purchase a 2, 4 or 6 day pass, you may return to that attraction the next
day for another fun filled visit
Q: I am staying in Paris for one day -
can I purchase a 2, 4 or 6 day Paris Pass, use it one day and come back again in
6 months to use the other days I have left?
A: No. Your Paris Pass has been designed to be used on consecutive days
Q: Do you offer refunds on purchases?
A: The Paris Pass cannot be extended or reimbursed for any reason. The rule
applies in the event of closure of participating museums for public holidays or
unforeseen events (such as strikes), or free entrance days. Passes may not be
returned or exchanged
